AlabamaCreates provides equipment at no additional cost on a needs basis:

MacBook
Camera and lens
Tripod
Shotgun mic
Headphones
Memory card
Batteries and charger
Lighting kit

Required Data Standard

No card is formatted until footage exists in two verified locations. The active Final Cut library should live on the production drive, with a second copy stored separately.

Folder and File Standards

File Naming

Use descriptive, versioned, dated filenames:

Client_Campaign_FilmName_V01_20260818.mp4
Client_Campaign_Hero_FINAL_16x9.mp4
Client_Campaign_Audience_FINAL_9x16_CAPTIONED.mp4

Avoid filenames such as final.mp4, final2.mp4, newfinal.mp4, or use-this-one.mp4.
